    You can go for rope jumping. It's one of the most wfueropl and dynamic cardio exercises around that helps you torch off quite a lot of calories in a short jumping session of say 15-20 minutes.It strengthens your heart and lungs, keeping them strong and fit. It also improves your body coordination and sharpens your mental acuity.I've written a guide on how to jump rope effectively here which might be of interest to you:Without treadmill is not the end of things. Besides rope jumping, you can do these cardio exercises without equipment:1.Walking around your house, garden or on track2. Dancing3. Stair climbing4. Got a bicycle? Go biking then!5. Kick boxing6. Jogging in the open air7. Swimming

    6 to 8 small meals no bigger than ur palm of ur hand and no cikther than a deck of cards .choose healthy foods and ur on ur way to being fitwas put on this diet when became diabetic to become un-diabetic with out the drugs and it works great!we as humans are plant eaters and supposed to be eating like that (foragers/hunters) since we evolved. it is hard to get used to at first but once u are used to it, it is easy, u fill up faster, and can have that no no yummy more often but as long as u keep it small.as for exercises no need for drastic stuff, sit ups, jumping jacks, fast walking, the things u were taught in PE in school works just as good as the excessive stuff.Work out with ur infant and use as a weight. this way u get play time with ur child and work out all in one!
