As a group fitness inruttcsor, I really like it when a person new to my class is in a good spot to see me and herself/himself in the mirror if needed for form. And when my regulars move to another area of the room that is not their norm, I think that is good too! It is good for be in a different spot each class. I actually change direction multiple times so the people on either side become the front, same with the back people! I move too, and if I see someone struggling I'll move in a spot near them for a while sometimes. As far as being out on the floor and working out myself, my big thing just being aware of what's around you. If you are doing a Crossfit type workout and running outside to get your sprint in and then back to the squat rack to do push presses and then over to the pullup bar to do kipping pullups, please be considerate of how long you are doing that as someone else might want that to jump on one of those pieces of equipment at some point. And if you are an old school bodybuilder and it's biceps day, maybe you could step back just enough from the mirror so someone else can pick up the dummbells that are in the rack right in front if it. Thanks so much.
